Are these cross-stitch books and patterns copyright-free?

Important: While the books and scans have been made available for free, that does not mean that the works are copyright-free. In most cases, you cannot transfer the cross-stitch alphabet into your program and export as a PDF that you will sell. There are also nursery cross-stitch letters with teddies, dinos, spaceships and so on.
